Born 12/11/09 at 4:21 AM Isabelle Genevieve Delfosse was 3lbs, 10oz and measured 16 inches. 1 minute later her sister, Lyla Anupama Delfosse joined us, weighing in at 3lbs, 9 oz, and measured 16 inches. We were tired and elated. The girls then spent the next two weeks in the Cedars-Sinai Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. They were healthy but small, and the whole experience gave me a massive respect for neo-natal and postpartum nurses. In the scheme of things our babies weren't born that early so we didn't have any major issues, but if anyone is trying to decide where to have babies in LA, do it at Cedars. It is an incredible hospital. Our Twin girls share their birthday with their mother, Radhika.
